ALL SPA COVERS
THREE-YEAR WARRANTY

We warrant that the cover shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase by the original buyer. We do not warrant defects caused by any misuse, abuse, alteration, damage or neglect while in your possession. Minor fading and gradual deterioration of the exterior vinyl surfaces is a normal condition and is not covered by the warranty. Morever, covers which have not been reasonably maintained and periodically cleaned only with mild soap and warm water, are expressly excluded from this warranty. All Spa Covers will repair or replace the cover at our option without charge to you for the stated period.

Foam inserts are warranted against water absorption during the first year. This warranty does not extend to breakage of the inserts.

EXCLUSIONS

We reserve the right to void this warranty if:
1. We find evidence of failure to provide reasonable and periodic maintenance of product.
2. We find that misuse has caused any damage to product.
3. Product has had direct exposure to any harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
4. Original purchaser does not own product.
5. Freight charges to or from All Spa Covers are the responsibility of the product owner.

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SET FORTH ABOVE, ALL SPA COVERS DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO ALL COVER MODELS.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF.

ALL SPA COVERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY

NOTE: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so above limitation on exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that may vary from state to state.
